Child Safety / Student Safety Policy
Effective date: 24 June 2026
ExamiAI serves students preparing for competitive exams, many of whom are minors. We take student safety seriously.
1. Purpose
This policy outlines how we design ExamiAI for safe, age-appropriate educational use and how we respond to safety concerns.
2. Educational focus
ExamiAI is an exam preparation tool — not a social network. Core features (PYQ practice, mocks, missions, progress tracking) are designed for individual study. We do not operate public student-to-student messaging or open forums.
3. Parent & guardian guidance
We recommend that students under 18 use ExamiAI with awareness from a parent, guardian, or institution. Guardians should:
- Review what exams and content their child is preparing for
- Monitor time spent on the platform
- Ensure the child uses their own account, not shared credentials
- Contact us if they have safety concerns
4. Content standards
- We provide exam-related educational content only.
- We do not knowingly publish harmful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal material.
- Users can report incorrect, offensive, or harmful question content through in-app tools.
- Reported content is reviewed and corrected or removed where appropriate.
5. Personal information
We collect minimal personal data necessary for the service. We do not sell student data. See our Privacy Policy and Data Safety Policy.
6. Reporting safety concerns
If you encounter content or behaviour that puts a student at risk:
- Email support@examiai.com immediately with details
- Use in-app report tools where available
- For emergencies involving immediate danger, contact local authorities first
7. Enforcement
Accounts that abuse report systems, submit harmful content, or endanger other users may be suspended or permanently removed under our Community Guidelines.
