Community Guidelines

ExamiAI is built for serious exam aspirants. These Community Guidelines help keep the platform safe, fair, and focused on learning.

1. Be respectful

  • Do not harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against others.
  • Do not use offensive language in usernames, reports, or support messages.
  • Respect coaches, institutions, and fellow students using the platform.

2. Use the platform honestly

  • Do not create multiple accounts to cheat leaderboards or abuse missions.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to inflate scores or scrape content.
  • Do not share account credentials with others.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or exam affiliation.

3. Report responsibly

Our report and bug tools exist to improve question quality and safety. Do not:

  • Submit false or malicious reports against questions or users.
  • Spam the support system with duplicate or abusive tickets.
  • Use reports to circumvent normal study or exam rules.

4. Protect content & intellectual property

  • Do not copy, redistribute, or sell ExamiAI content or question banks.
  • Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have rights to share.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass platform security.

5. Keep it educational

  • Use ExamiAI for exam preparation — not for unrelated commercial promotion.
  • Do not post spam, phishing links, or harmful downloads.
  • Do not encourage cheating in live examinations or impersonation at test centres.

6. Safety for students

Students under 18 should use ExamiAI under guardian or institution guidance where appropriate. Report any content or behaviour that seems unsafe. See our Child Safety Policy.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning or temporary feature restriction
  • Removal of offending content or reports
  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Legal action where required

We review reports and activity logs to make fair decisions. Serious or repeated violations are handled strictly.

8. Appeals

If you believe your account was restricted in error, email support@examiai.com with your account details and explanation.
