These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ExamiAI websites, web applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering or using ExamiAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ExamiAI

ExamiAI is an educational technology platform that provides previous year question (PYQ) practice, question intelligence, personalized missions, mock tests, progress tracking, Exam GPS, and related analytics for competitive exam preparation in India and similar markets.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, you should use ExamiAI with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with school, coaching, or institution policies where applicable.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or abuse the system.

4. Permitted use

You may use ExamiAI solely for lawful personal exam preparation. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell platform content or question banks without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the Service.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract data or inflate activity.
  • Harass other users, submit false reports, or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Misuse analytics, readiness scores, or success probability as guaranteed outcomes.

5. Educational content & disclaimers

ExamiAI provides educational tools and data-driven insights. We do not guarantee:

  • Qualification in any exam, rank, score, or admission.
  • Accuracy of every question, solution, or analytics label (though we strive for quality).
  • That readiness scores, success probability, or Exam GPS routes reflect actual exam results.

All preparation guidance is informational. Your results depend on your effort, exam conditions, and official exam authority decisions.

6. Intellectual property

ExamiAI's software, design, branding, analytics engines, and original content are owned by ExamiAI or its licensors. PYQ content may be sourced from publicly available exam materials and is provided for educational practice. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal study only.

7. Free & premium services

Core features may be offered free of charge. Premium plans, if introduced, will have pricing displayed before purchase. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

8. Privacy

Your use of ExamiAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Safety Policy.

9. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose security or legal risk. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or our deletion page.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamiAI and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, preparation time, or exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 if no payment was made.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ExamiAI against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify features or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Material changes may be communicated via the app or email where appropriate.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
